Through short cases and a hands-on exercise, attendees will apply the framework to a real or hypothetical workflow and identify one improvement they can make immediately. No technical background or specialized software is required. Learning Objectives Distinguish between lower-stakes AI assistance and AI use that requires greater oversight because it can influence people or talent decisions. Apply four practical questions to evaluate an AI-supported workflow: What is it doing? What does it know? Who makes the decision? Can we show our work?
