Meet Our Facilitators:

Siobhan Ehle, certified coach and Elite Neuroencoding Specialist, has led teams, coached executives and trained leaders over the course of twenty years. Through her company, Luminous Spark Coaching & Consulting, Siobhan partners with small and mid-sized organizations as they navigate rapid growth and change. She incorporates neuroscience, positive psychology and practical experience to help leaders thrive, build high-performing teams and achieve outsized impact.

Andy Hass, certified Holistic Executive, Career, and Life Coach, Neuroencoding and Change Specialist, and author, has a decade of experience guiding leaders and their teams through significant growth and change, leveraging a 21-year corporate leadership background. Having worked and lived globally, Andy brings a diverse perspective to his coaching, enhancing leadership with a people-first approach. He partners with organizations of all sizes, focusing on building high-trust, high-performance teams amidst rapidly evolving environments, to empower leaders to be a bold force for good.
