Change has a reputation for being difficult and challenging, because change can conjure a lot of emotions and ambiguity which can be uncomfortable in the workplace. It is only further complicated by leaders and team members who struggle with having hard conversations; these conversations can span from an inability to clarify the purpose for change to why people may be rejecting the change itself. Lacking this ability can lead to higher resistance, lower adoption, and unhappy, unfulfilled employees. In this ATD special session, we will focus on the types of courageous conversations that may need to occur while implementing change, things to consider, and how to work through them effectively.
This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
