Change Leadership Community of Practice: Creating an Accountability Road Map

May 16, 2024

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM – Modernwell

This event is limited to 25 participants

Modernwell is a members-only coworking space. We are excited to hold our events in their beautiful space, but can not extend access beyond the event time. Once the event ends, all attendees are expected to depart the building OR they can purchase a day pass at a discounted rate of $30 for the remainder of the day. Please stop by the ModernWell front desk before or after the event to purchase your pass.

70% of change initiatives fail on some level. One reason we can't get to usage much less to adoption is we may lack commitment and accountability at more than one level. In this workshop, we will provide insights into the human element of change and tools that can be used to achieve stakeholder commitment, leading to a higher likelihood of adopted change. Attendees will leave this session with tools and templates they can use that day.

LOs - Desired Outcomes:

  • Analyze various tools and strategies to employ during projects to achieve higher adoption.
  • Understand the human element of change, based on the Bridges Transition Model
  • Share, discuss, and evaluate best practices to expand your toolbox
  • Evaluate assessments to measure progress and effectiveness of the change.

This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
