September - Community of Practice: Small Yet Mighty L&D Teams Gap Analysis: Prioritize your Learning Plans with the Power of Data September 5, 20249 AM - 10:30 AM – Modernwell This event is limited to 30 participants Modernwell is a members-only coworking space. We are excited to hold our events in their beautiful space, but can not extend access beyond the event time. Once the event ends, all attendees are expected to depart the building OR they can purchase a day pass at a discounted rate of $30 for the remainder of the day. Please stop by the ModernWell front desk before or after the event to purchase your pass. Gap analysis, training needs, project discovery…determining the behavior and performance gaps for your workforce can go by many names. Often this important work is generic and subjective, and it can be difficult to know where to start. Like so many areas of our work, if we rely on data to drive our gap analysis, we can create stronger cases for projects, convince leadership of new learning efforts, and prioritize our work, which is so important for small and mighty teams. Our CoP leader will share the tools and processes they've developed to lay foundational behavioral and proficiency standards at their workplace to push projects forward and organize learning and development strategy, all driven by concrete data. Let's come together to learn practical ways we can rely on data and analysis to prioritize the mountain of work we likely all have as small teams! This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
