Change Leadership Community of Practice: Unlearning to Drive Change Vision
December 1, 2023
12 PM - 1 PM – Virtual Event
Creating a compelling picture of a desired future state or a change vision is a core skill for all successful change leaders. However, given no two change initiatives look exactly the same, the change leader must take a fresh approach to crafting each change vision. In this interactive 60 minute session you’ll not only learn two critical skills for driving a change vision, but also how with each change initiative you can disregard your old routines, which is a practice known as “unlearning”, to ensure your vision fits the stakeholders’ needs for a specific change.
By the conclusion of the session, all participants will be able to “unlearn in order to drive change vision” with increased specificity.
This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
