Modernwell is a members-only coworking space. We are excited to hold our events in their beautiful space, but can not extend access beyond the event time. Once the event ends, all attendees are expected to depart the building OR they can purchase a day pass at a discounted rate of $30 for the remainder of the day. Please stop by the ModernWell front desk before or after the event to purchase your pass.

Join us as we kick off a NEW Community of Practice, focused on bringing together sales trainers, sales learning & development professionals, and anyone who designs and delivers sales-focused learning experiences.

During this peer-learning session we will discuss “Designing Sales Learning Solutions for a Future-Ready Sales Team”

As the sales landscape continues to evolve, staying ahead of the curve is essential. We’ll review what thought leaders have to say about the future skills and competencies that will be critical for successful sales professionals to master. Then we'll discuss what these trends mean for the future of sales learning and development and how sales learning and development professionals will need to adapt.

This peer learning session includes a World Café learning activity that will explore:

  • How learning experiences might need to change to deliver new skills, competencies and knowledge.
  • What new professional, technical or other skills or capabilities will be essential for learning and development professionals.
  • How the structure, capabilities, and scope of sales training organization could change.
  • How effectiveness and ROI of sales learning and development programs will be evaluated and measured.
  • New key strategic stakeholders who may emerge and the role they might play in this evolving landscape.

Whether you're a seasoned sales trainer, a learning and development professional, or are involved in any aspect of sales education, join our new community of practice!

This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
