Karen Barton

Learning and Development Manager, Aeon

Karen Barton began her training career in 2008 while serving as the director of compliance for Aeon, a non-profit affordable housing developer and management company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2017, Karen transitioned to become the organization’s first learning and development manager where she continues to build the organization’s learning department. She earned the APTD certification in November 2020. Karen has bachelor degrees in Biology and English from University of Minnesota.

Modernwell is a members-only coworking space. We are excited to hold our events in their beautiful space, but once the event ends, all attendees are expected to depart the building OR they can purchase a day pass at a discounted rate of $30 for the remainder of the day.
