Change Leadership Community of Practice: Changing Together - Self Directed Learning Framework
Session Option 2

This event is limited to 30 participants

June 27, 2023

8:30 AM - 9:00 AM – Virtual Event

Self-Directed Learning can be a powerful tool in the hands of an employee. It brings them agency, engagement, and increased motivation in most cases. It can also become overwhelming and fruitless if structure and a roadmap for success are not part of the process. Come join us as we all immerse ourselves in the process and learn from our peers.

We will be hosting two 30 min overview meetings.
The members of the Change community of practice should select one of the two options (content is the same at both meetings):

  • Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 12:00PM online
  • Tuesday, June 27 at 8:30AM online (This event)

The purpose of this 30 min overview meeting is to introduce our facilitator, unveil the Self Directed Learning Framework, review and revise a list of pertinent learning topics, and build awareness, promote, gather feedback, and provide information about an extended, highly participative, learning/working session to be held on July 26.

This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
