Dan Bixby is the Director of Product Training at Bobcat and author of “Product Training for the Technical Expert; The Art of Developing and Delivering Hands-On Learning.” He is a past president and current board member of ATD-GTC.
Lisa Johnson, PhD is the Senior Instructional Designer for the Product Training Team at Bobcat. Prior to joining Bobcat, she worked at Princeton and University of California Press. Lisa is currently serving as chair for the ND ATD Software and Technology Mentoring Group.
