Zac Ryland is a Learning Strategist and Performance Experience Designer with TiER1 Performance. He’s passionate about taking research and best practices from human-centered design, design sprints, and performance science further into project work—and he’s energized by helping others to do the same. Zac is a Principal at TiER1 Performance, designing solutions such as eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and mobile learning. 

Jerry Hamburg is a Managing Director at TiER1 Performance Institute. Jerry’s why is to help people do their best work. He does this by bringing integrated disciplines, systems thinking into each opportunity as a performance designer. Jerry activates organization strategies through people as solution architect, team leader, and contributing consultant. These strategies range from culture initiatives, systems adoption, leadership alignment and development, onboarding, L&D strategies, enterprise training, transferrable skills, and more. As company leader, Jerry helped TiER1 grow across all bottom lines, evidenced by year-over-year profitable growth; best places to work; industry awards; community impact; and most importantly delighted clients.
