August - Learning Professionals Roundtable: Leadership Development Assessments & Programs August 23, 202212 - 1 PM – Virtual Event Event Description: Learning Professionals Roundtable is a series that brings members together to share ideas, create connections, and leverage our rich Learning and Talent Development Professionals Community. This round in the series is focused on leadership development assessments and programs. In small groups, you will brainstorm on questions such as: What tools do you use to assess the competencies of emerging leaders within the organization? What’s the right mix of virtual and in-person development opportunities? How do you work around constraints in a high inflation environment, such as travel budget cuts? How do you scale a program to support a growing and geographically dispersed company? Participants will have an opportunity to get input, discuss challenges, share their knowledge, and leave with some crowd-sourced ideas they can potentially implement. This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
