About the Presenter: Amy Olmscheid Amy Olmscheid has a master’s in Counseling Psychology, and over 20 years experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development and Career Counseling. As an OE consultant for organizations, she has developed and implemented detailed change communications strategies. An experience facilitator, Amy brings a pragmatic approach to teaching using a blend of storytelling, research-based frameworks and practical applications. During her career, she has worked in higher education, corporate, non-profit and government sectors.
