Join this interactive discussion about how to help your teams with a team mentoring program, as viewed through the lens “Joy of Learning,” our chapter theme for 2022. We will hear from the author of the January 2022 TD at Work Guide, “Promote High Performance with Team Mentoring.” Chris will illustrate these three key insights from the guide:

• Team mentors can foster agile, inclusive teamwork to help their teams reduce employee frustration and burnout with team productivity boosts.
• You can develop and retain emerging leaders by tapping them as team mentors.
• You can design the team mentoring program to enhance and complement your current learning.

After a brief presentation, the discussion will focus on ways to connect your teams and team mentors with the joy of learning in their everyday work.
