Our panelists both have extensive experience and depth in helping organizations and individuals improve their ability to reach across the cultural aisle with a learning and open mindset for growth. We’ll explore what cultural fluency is and what it isn’t and most important why it matters so much right now. Change leaders will hear some of the factors that can make it difficult to develop cultural fluency and will learn some tangible, actionable approaches that break down barriers.
