Dr. Marcella de la Torre has her Doctorate in Organization Development and is currently Director AACSB & Center for Innovation in the Business of Healthcare at the University of St. Thomas and an adjunct Professor for the College of St. Scholastica. She has experience in operations, organization and leadership development, executive coaching. Marcella is passionate about learning, innovation, developing leaders, organizations, and ecosystems.
