The Greater Twin Cities Chapter of the Association for Talent Development Presents

Core Strengths: Results Through Relationship Intelligence

[Please note that this event is a rescheduled session of our June 23rd event]

Doesn’t it seem like some trainers, facilitators, managers and teams make “it” happen, no matter what “it” is? Even in uncertainty or times of crisis, they find a way to turn opposition into opportunity. They transform the stumbling blocks of conflict and misunderstanding into stepping stones for success and light bulb moments. For these high-achievers, building collaborative relationships is priority one. Whether in-person or dispersed, they understand that members of their teams and participants in their sessions can go further when aligned. The good news is that you, too, can leverage the power of relationships and drive results.

In this session, you can expect to learn

  • How to build and nurture relationships by increasing your skills in Relationship Intelligence
  • How to improve the content of conversations to reduce conflict
  • Tips to help you use strengths to solve unforeseen challenges, boost collaboration and drive results
  • Tips to help you leverage Relationship Intelligence to improve training

Note: After registration, you will receive an email containing information to take the SDI 2.0 (Strength Deployment Inventory). It measures how we lead when things are going well, how we lead in conflict, our strengths and our overdone strengths. This inventory will provide value and will help make our session much richer for you.
