Join moderator Bob Randall along with thought leaders Nam Provost and Minna Jain for enlightening learning and rich discussion on this important topic.
Nam Provost is Director of Diversity and Inclusion at American Public Media Group. Previously Nam was Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and Director/Title IX Coordinator for the Office of Inclusive Excellence/Human Resources at the College of St. Scholastica. She is a thought leader on the topics of cultural fluency, organizational effectiveness, workplace equity, strategic planning, human potential and adult learning. Nam has her MBA in Leadership and Change from the College of St. Scholastica.
Minna Jain (They/Them) is a child of Finnish Sámi and South Asian Indian immigrants. They are a lifelong social justice community organizer, and identify as BIPOC (Black, indigenous, person of color,) and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. In addition to DEIA Consultancy, Minna has worked as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access (DEIA) Coordinator at the Minneapolis Institute of Art and has served on the DEIA committees at the Minnesota Zen Meditation Center and San Francisco Zen Center. They have over two decades of professional experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access, and over thirty years of training in mindfulness and meditation. Minna is a founding member ofthe BIPOC activist sangha the Order of Freedom and the Buddhist Justice Reporter project, working to provide transformative justice witness during the Derek Chauvin trails.
Dr. Bob Randall is an Organization Development consultant and works with companies on employee engagement efforts through is company, Transcend Engagement LLC. Bob is also Professor of Management for the College of St. Scholastica in their MBA Leadership and Change program. Bob has his doctorate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas.
