November Coaching CoP: What did we learn this year? How will that shape our practice and goals for 2022?
Let’s take time to reflect on our practice! How have we grown as a coach this year? What tools have we incorporated – and what was the impact? What did not work, and what did we learn from that? What might we want to revisit? This will also be a time for us as a community to discuss current challenges/growth areas and what topics we’d like to focus on in 2022 calls. This session will take place from 11 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with additional networking time scheduled for 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
