March Coaching CoP - Coaching & Boundaries: Fighting The Culture of Busy
One of the most common things we hear from coachees is how BUSY they are, and how they struggle with topics like saying No, delegating, and conflict. A helpful antidote is to coach on having healthier BOUNDARIES, but there are few resources around this topic. What are the limitations of our current definition and approach to boundaries? What coaching strategies can we add to our toolkit to help our coachees with boundaries? This session will take place from 11 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with additional networking time scheduled for 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
