How to Drive Change in Your Organization – Change Strategy and Communication Planning 

In this session, you will learn how to create an effective communication plan through the change process that promotes transparency and gains the trust of employees. Learn about the Stakeholder Analysis Assessment that helps manage employee engagement with the change taking place. In addition, the communication plan creates regular touch points with employees to help them understand the long range vision and any adjustments to the change that take place.

The three take-aways from this session will be:

  1. Creating transparency through change
  2.  Anticipating and delivering the Communication Change Plan
  3. Creating a Stakeholder Analysis, understanding the key team players in the process
 

Erica Roelike has over 13 years of experience in recruiting and coaching leaders at all levels.  She spent a large part of her career at a boutique executive search firm, where she maximized her strength around engaging and understanding leaders at all levels of the organization. In addition to her leadership coaching experience, Erica has great in-depth experience with business Culture and People Strategies to help support companies and drive successful change. This experience has been developed through her years of recruiting and supporting organizations in finding and retaining top talent that fits specific to each organization’s needs.

Erica strongly believes in meeting each organization where they are at and helping them create a path to a stronger development and change for success.  She believes that that investing in the growth of leaders and team members is how you create a successful organization that is healthy and growth focused.
