Our Presenter:
Naomi Banks is an executive coach and leadership consultant who has a knack for guiding individuals and organizations in uncovering and truly clarifying their goals and challenges. Her coach approach supports individuals to develop sustainable solutions and accelerate growth and confidence. Naomi has a special interest in building winning cultures where all feel welcomed, included, and valued. She works closely with leaders and organizations to foster safe spaces for others to lean vulnerably into challenging explorations of difference, identity, and inclusion. Naomi’s has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech and health care industries. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business and is a graduate coach of Coach U and of the University of St. Thomas' Graduate Executive Coaching program. Her clients include healthcare and business executives, start-ups, and artists in the film industry.
