The Greater Twin Cities Chapter of the Association for Talent Development Presents July Coaching Community of Practice: World Café -Design your Future Community As we look into the second half of 2020 with a new innovative approach and vision, we are turning to our community for guidance. We are asking our community members to join us in a dialogue to share your ideas, thoughts, visions, etc. for the future of this Coaching CoP. This event will feature a World Café format, in which attendees will participate in small group discussions, followed up by the group leaders presenting group insights and findings. In advance of this World Café, registrants will be sent some initial questions to help start the process of generating ideas and sparking great conversations in the session. Your voices and ideas are needed! We hope you will join us and be a part of shaping where this Coaching COP will head this fall and beyond! About our Presenters: Lisa Hayes Lisa Hayes is an executive coach, facilitator and speaker specializing in guiding clients to make the impact with those around them. She has been working in the personal and professional development space for over 20 years, with a lengthy corporate career within the retail industry (Target and Best Buy) and starting and running my own consulting practice. She has previously sat on the Board of Directors for Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota and currently sits on the board of City & County Credit Union. Stacey Larsen Stacey Larson, Ed.D. is an ICF certified and ontologically trained coach, with a doctorate in Leadership. Stacey also runs a coaching/consulting/leadership development practice, Authentic Edge, LLC, in addition to her role at UST. Her current focus is helping leaders and organizations adopt Sane and Sustainable Leadership practices. This program is FREE for all to attend.
