Join this session to: Key components of Agile: Define the different roles within an Agile Scrum team and the events that take place. Best practices for overcoming roadblocks: Learn the challenges we have faced as a team (both in the office and working remotely) and the solutions we put in place. Agile in your workplace: Participate in discussions on how the Agile framework could be used at your place of business. About our Presenters: Kara Wallisch Kara Wallisch been a Learning Solutions Associate with Allianz Life for two years. During that time, she has been member of the Learning & Development department’s first Agile Scrum Team, which focuses on designing and developing a large volume of technical training eLearning solutions for various teams in operations. Prior to joining the Allianz Life Learning & Development team, she facilitated new hire training for Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty for over four years. Kara is a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has a degree in Art from the University of Minnesota. Debbie Taute Debbie Taute has been a Learning Solutions Senior Consultant at Allianz Life for almost twenty years, and has over 30 years of experience in the world of learning and development. Allianz Life’s L&D department decided to take on an Agile approach back in 2018 for a huge initiative for technical training. Debbie is currently the product owner and is working with the stakeholders and scrum team members to ensure that we effectively produce viable deliverable training materials for our stakeholders. Debbie attended Brown College and earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science for Graphic Design. Debbie is a certified Scrum Master (CSM), and certified Product Owner (CSPO). Kara Wallisch been a Learning Solutions Associate with Allianz Life for two years.
