Announcing ATD’s newest Community of Practice: The Change Leadership CoP Are you a change leader in your organization? Or do you want to be better at supporting and driving change? The Change Leadership Community of Practice will meet regularly to talk about the challenges that change presents, the barriers to change adoption and some proven approaches to helping accelerate change across organizations. We will build a network with other change leaders in the Twin Cities and will share best practices, ideas and conversation about what it takes to successfully lead others through change. Come to our FIRST informal coffee discussion to talk about these areas, AND help us flesh out what our topics and programs should look like in 2020! This initial coffee discussion is open to ATD members and non members.
