Our Presenters:
Practicing career coach for 10+ years, Jess Franta earned her masters in Educational Leadership with a focus on experiential learning. Her roles have supported a dual focus of employer relations and student counseling to streamline an individualized approach to career readiness and professional exploration. She's supported certificate to graduate level students ranging from the University of St. Thomas' business programs, Carlson School of Management's speciality masters programs and now resides in Mankato serving Gustavus Adolphus College's liberal arts population.
Ava Goepfert has a Masters degree in Communication Studies. As a former college instructor, she has coached students on communication skills that prepare them for their future goals both professionally and personally. Currently, she partners with The Conversations That Matter to facilitate team development sessions and works as a Customer Success Manager at a technology startup helping financial services clients build automated marketing campaigns.
