Our presenter: Ali Rodway Ali Rodway leads the Training and Development function at Caribou Coffee – serving nearly 6000 Team Members in communities across the country. Ali has her Masters in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and the distinction of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Foundation, bringing 12 years of Executive Coaching and coach training to her work at Caribou. She lives in Minneapolis with her wife Jeannie and their newborn baby Vivian and never complains about the weather. This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members.
