The Greater Twin Cities Chapter of the Association for Talent Development Presents
Transforming Learning
Our September Transforming Learning program is hosted by Ecolab.
Ecolab’s Institutional associates have been busy behind-the-scenes since COVID-19 hit. As essential workers, they have helped hotels, restaurants, schools, and office buildings initially respond to the pandemic and now safely reopen. Ecolab’s Institutional Training team quickly pivoted to educating associates so they were prepared to safely support their customers in preventing and reducing the spread of infection.
Ecolab’s associates have provided expertise in unique situations including partnering with hotels that housed worn-out EMTs and hospital workers tending to coronavirus victims, providing cleaning and disinfection guidance to arenas that were transformed to field hospitals for COVID-19 patients, and providing guidance to all customers on how to prevent and remediate outbreaks of COVID-19. The knowledge and expertise of Ecolab associates is a critical component of the value they deliver to their customers. To stay true to this promise they invest in training for their world-class sales organization. Their pandemic response was no exception.
Join us for this compelling session of ATD’s Transforming Learning, hosted by Kris Zilliox, Vice President, Global Institutional Training at Ecolab. Kris and her team will share stories of some unique challenges that they have faced as they have supported their front line workers to react and respond during the COVID-19 pandemic.
