Best Buy Presents: Building a Learning Culture
Over the past 18 months, Best Buy has been on a journey to create and sustain a culture of learning and we’re still on that journey. During this session, we’ll share our learning from this journey and a glimpse into the future. There will be an opportunity to learn about our simplest solutions all the way through to our large projects to drive a culture where learning is part of the every day of every one. Presenter: Alistair Dobbie, Sr Director, Enterprise Learning & Development Alistair Dobbie has over 20 years experience in learning & development both here in the US and internationally and has been with Best Buy as a learning leader for over 12 years. He currently has overall responsibility for strategy creation and implementation of all programs relating to Leadership, Sales, Operations, On-boarding, Product Knowledge & Specialty Brands. This program will be held at Best Buy corporate headquarters at 7601 Penn Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423 PARKING: Enter from Penn Ave, then veer RIGHT into surface lot.
