Join us as we hear from Code 42’s Learning Team about how they have been developing a culture of learning!

Justine Launert, Director, People & Organizational Development, will share Code42’s vision for creating and sustaining a learning culture in an ever-changing and evolving mid-sized tech company. She will showcase a 2-month long learning initiative that her team created and delivered to hundreds of employees with no additional budget. Additionally, she will share some key learnings on how to 'do more with less'.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING OPTIONS:

• The Gateway Ramp - Connected to 100 Washington via skyway. ($8 to park before 9am)
• The Depot - Offers heated underground parking. $9 to park (before 8am and after that the rate is $12)
• Hennepin Ave Ramp - $14 dollars to park
• 100 Washington Square Parking- Above ground parking conveniently located behind the Code 42 building $5 for 2 hours

Participants should enter the 100 Washington Ave S building and take the elevators (on the right side) to the 20th floor.
