Continuing our series on Creating a Learning Culture, we will visit Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 4,600 Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and R Taco locations worldwide.
Our host, Damian Hanft, Senior Director of Learning, will share Inspire Brand’s vision for developing its employee base and some unique challenges associated with creating a learning culture in their industry, and will showcase specific learning and change initiatives and discuss the learnings and insights that resulted.
