Presenter: Jay Kasdan is a Senior Learning Consultant/Account Manager at Fredrickson Learning. Jay has been selected to speak at a number of events including American SAP Users Group and Society for Technical Communicators National Conference, ATD Regional, Professional Association of Computer Training as well as PMI of Minneapolis, St. Cloud, and Fargo
