In this session, Mike explores how to work with your client to address areas of diversity in the workplace.  The session includes commentary on various sources of diversity issues and the application of these source with your clients.  Microagression, characteristics of allyship and the simple technique of "ouch" are presented and discussed. This interactive session will provide insights to help you help your clients.
