Top Learning and Development Trends/2017 State of the Industry Report

Each year, ATD Research produces a State of the Industry Report highlighting trends and statistics in learning and development. At ATD-GTC we have traditionally produced a panel of area professionals to address these national trends and discuss Best Practices in our region at a monthly meeting.

Join us to hear more about local trends and opportunities for training and development from our colleagues in state government, at corporation, in academia and business consulting.

You will learn more about:

  • 2017 Overview of the National Trends and Statistics
  • Local Perspective on Three Highlighted Challenges
  • Best Learning and Development Practices outside the trends
  • Reactions from each of the panelists from their perspective
  • The Next Wave of L&D Initiatives

You will leave knowledgeable about current trends and inspired to set in motion a few trends of your own!
