Shifting Mindset

The powerful yet underused strategy to promote positive change,

drive innovation and just get along

Change is hard, and the barriers to success are subtle and often hidden. Yet some individuals and organizations do it routinely, while others struggle. Trainers and talent managers have a role to play in the complex dynamics of change, as expert guides. Guides who shape not only skills and behaviors, but mindset—the complex web of assumptions and beliefs that influence our decisions.

In this interactive session, you will explore a rigorous research-based approach to mindset. One that provides a strategy for facilitating innovation and change, and a lens for evaluating the impact of training and development more broadly.

You will learn:

  • To use mindset to gauge how change ready your organization and people really are.
  • Ways to shift mindset to optimize innovation and dramatically increase value creation.
  • How mindset fosters conflict and how to use mindset to diffuse it.
  • Why an understanding of mindset is essential to highly effective leadership.

Come prepared to rethink how you think. Y

ou will leave with a powerful new set of tools.
