"The Value of Human Analytics in the Workplace will be a presentation of the case for and critical importance of hiring assessment data and the impact on training, talent management and career development. Full and Fair Disclosure:  Human Analytics is more validated today than ever before, since science now has the capacity to measure brain activity.  MEG has completed dozens of assessments in her career.  Each tool measures a specific cognitive or behavioral performance, trait, or skills in their results.  Being aware of the legal and confidential aspects of assessments and data gathering in the workplace also has philosophical and ethical implications, that will be covered briefly at the conclusion of the presentation.

Attendees will gain a greater understanding and respect for the scientific and reputable approaches in human analytics; see how assessments are being used to match people to positions without discrimination; and learn how to apply this data in designing training, managing talent, coaching and career development as well as employee engagement. Participants will receive a one-sheet of PI Insights, and a complimentary offer to complete a PI assessment online with a 3 page report of their results.

Since 2007, M.E.G Roy has worked with Predictive Index as a certified analyst, trainer, and sales consultant nationally. She has leveraged 20 years in the financial industry to support her client’s use of PI analytics in solving hiring and talent management challenges.  Previously, MEG worked with PWC, KPMG, Ameriprise Financial, Wipfli and Lurie in business development and advisory services.  She is a former Board Member of ATD GTC, and past speaker at the ATD GTC Annual Conference.  MEG graduated with a BA English from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth; completed graduate studies at Boston University’s Graduate School of Public Communications and the University of Wisconsin-Superior toward an MA in Mass Communications and Business; and completed a mini-MBA at The University of St. Thomas in Non-Profit Management.
