    “The Art of Relaxation”
During her relaxation training sessions, Beth Freschi engages the audience in practical, useful skills that help individuals manage stress and feel more focused, balanced and reenergized. These interactive sessions for large or small groups feature four relaxation techniques:  Breathing  Muscle Relaxation  Guided Imagery  Meditation Beth will guide us through these pleasant, effective relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body, providing a "learning by doing" experience. Learn how you can incorporate this practice into your own coaching or training. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and empowered to reproduce the effects on their own time. The relaxation techniques Beth teaches are effective in managing stress, thus increasing a person’s energy levels and focus. You’ll leave ready to tackle the New Year with gusto!

*We’ll meet in Beth’s inviting and comfortable homespace in St. Anthony Park, near the wonderful shops and restaurants on Como Avenue. On-street parking available as well as in the church parking lot on the corner of Como & Commonwealth. Google Maps can get you there!

    Presented by Beth Freschi
Beth is a relaxation and life coach based in St. Paul, MN. She has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Olaf College. With over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field (psychotherapy, research, inpatient psychiatry, and volunteering as a support group leader) and 10 years as a relaxation and life coach, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge to her nuanced, personalized coaching work.
