Based on the international best-seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and powered by your choice of Everything DISC® or All Types®(Myers Briggs compatible),  The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a program designed to help intact teams and work groups become more productive and cohesive. In this session, coaches will learn the basics of the model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results—and how to implement with the teams and organizations they work with. Lori will demonstrate the program and will share stories of how organizations have implemented with their own work teams to:

o make better and faster decisions
o tap into the skills and opinions of all team members
o avoid wasting time and energy on politics, confusion and destructive conflict
o avoid revisiting the same topics over and over again because of a lack of  buy-in
o create a competitive advantage
o and have more fun!
