“Appreciative Inquiry as a Coaching Tool”

Originally developed to help organizations focus on what has worked well and build on strengths, Appreciative Inquiry methods also benefit individual clients. In this hands-on session, you'll be introduced to a method for helping clients probe for themselves what is helping them reach their goals, the reasons their strategies are working, and how to move to the next level. You'll also learn about one coach's method for capturing the client's wisdom and turning it into action.

Our Presenter: Jane Kise, Ed.D., is an organizational consultant and executive coach. She is also the author of over 20 books including Intentional Leadership, Differentiated Coaching, and LifeKeys: Discover Who You Are.
