Description:  The past decade has seen remarkable advances in our understanding of how the brain works.  Many research findings have significant implications for Talent Development.  This session explores practical ways to leverage brain science to more effectively develop, deploy, and engage talent and to drive organizational learning and performance.

What you will learn:

  • Practical ways to apply neuroscience to accelerate talent development and enhance your leadership effectiveness.
  • Implement sound practices that accelerate talent development and integrate succession planning to leverage talent and build leadership bench strength
  • Apply basic neuroscience principles to promote organizational learning and drive innovation

About the speaker: 

Kim Ruyle, President of Inventive Talent Consulting, provides talent management and OD consulting for leading organizations.  He is an Associate in Korn Ferry’s Global Network.  Kim has thirty years of experience in HR, OD, and general management.  Kim has presented at more than 90 professional conferences, published dozens of articles and book chapters, served on numerous expert panels and editorial boards, and authored or co-authored five books on talent management and leadership development.  His credentials include three master’s degrees, a PhD, and an Executive Certificate in Applied NeuroLeadership.  Kim’s latest book, Lessons from a CEO’s Journal, was published in 2014.
