But how can we ensure competent performance in today's complex, multi-tasking world? Join us for a demonstration of Business Process Guidance (BPG), a proven methodology for achieving that goal.
 
At that session, Sharon Smith (Director of Customer Enablement, North America) and Steve Pappas (SVP, North America) at Panviva will walk us through the BPG methodology, including guidelines for:
o        Identifying process problems and business impacts,
o        Clarifying and streamlining processes,
o        Determining and prioritizing problem areas that require intervention, and
o        Planning and delivering a blend of training and just-in-time guidance for each role responsible for carrying out the processes.

The presenters will highlight their discussion with samples of BPG in action.

Participants will walk away from this session with practical worksheets they can use to initiate the BPG process in their own organizations.
