"Peaceful Resolutions - How to Prevent and Address Conflict"
This session focuses on the art of resolving issues peacefully. Our presenter, Mike Gregory, a trained mediator, will help us examine the process of effectively and peacefully resolving issues we and our coaching clients have with others. In the end, peaceful resolutions revolve around respecting one another by engaging in thoughtful and honest communication and the concept of “love thy neighbor” and working towards “win-win” situations. The ideas for the presentation flow from two of Mike’s books, The Servant Manager: 203 tips from the best places to work in America (2013) and Peaceful Resolutions (2015).
