Why Level 3 Measurement is Essential to Instructional Design
You may be familiar with the saying, "Aim at nothing and you'll hit it every time." Unfortunately, many training sessions fall into this category. This session will help you learn why level three measurement is critical to effective instructional design.

Topics discussed will include
•    Review objectives to determine if they are measurable
•    Why level three measurement is critical to instructional design
•    Concerns over statements by Masie and Allen about objectives
•    Understand why most level two measurement is inadequate
•    Review your training courses to determine if it meets level three measurement standards
•    How level three and level four measurement work together
•    Why level three measurement is more important than percentage of Scrap Learning and Net Promoter Score
•    Consider using a level three slant on level one measurement

Please send an email to Jay Kasdan at jkasdan@fredricksonlearning.com  if you plan on attending the session or to be added to the Training SIG email list.
