Southdale Library; Ethel Berry Room

About the Session
Do you have the tenacity necessary to keep pursuing your dreams? Or could you use more?
How about the people in your life? Do they have all they need? Or do they need more?
Resiliency 101 introduced the five beliefs and behaviors resilient people share. It focused specifically on the beliefs part of the resiliency equation. Resiliency, Part II continues this exploration by briefly reviewing the resiliency beliefs. Don’t worry if you haven’t attended the first session. You’ll catch up quickly.
Resiliency, Part II next dives into the three behaviors resilient people demonstrate: purpose, support, and self-care. In this one-hour interactive and activity rich session you’ll begin to articulate your purpose. You’ll analyze the strengths and gaps in your support network. You’ll also assess whether you’re taking care of yourself in a way that prepares you to live the life you’ve dreamed of. Finally, we’ll close with an activity to help you boost the behavior part of your resiliency quotient and help others do it too.
