Learning material examples from a variety of vendors will be shared to illustrate best practices. You will also be able to actively review and critique the materials during the session. Bring along some samples of your organization’s learning materials to share your best practices and/or receive feedback from other attendees. About Your Guest Facilitator: Tani Bialek, Ph.D, has designed, developed, and delivered training and development programs within corporate and educational settings for the past fifteen years. She has held a broad range of learning-related roles including instructional designer, trainer, and training manager. Tani is currently a director within learning and professional development at McGladrey where she is responsible for management and leadership development. Tani has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses at the University of Minnesota, and continues to teach several courses within the College of Continuing Education’s Professional Train-the-Trainer certificate program.
