Related tips from Mike’s book and experiences as well as other sources such as the Negotiation Project from the Harvard Law School will provide additional insights. As a result of the session participants will have a better handle on how to assist clients with these types of issues. He takes his 30 years of management experience at all levels, his experience of having trained managers over 14 years, and his experience of having mentored hundreds of managers to lead a discussion on this topic.
