About the speaker:
Roz Tsai serves as Vice President of Global Institutional Training at Ecolab, a world leader in solutions for safe food, clean water, abundant energy and healthy environments. Prior to joining Ecolab in 2010, Roz had held numerous leadership roles in training, knowledge management and workforce effectiveness for several large corporations such as Honeywell, Lawson Software (now Infor), and Xcel Energy. Roz is an adjunct faculty member at University of St. Thomas, and serves on the board of BestPrep. She has also been a long-time community volunteer for numerous Twin Cities youth and cultural organizations, and the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
