What is Working in Change Management: Developing Leaders, Best Practices, Tools and Trends, and Practical Advice from a Panel of Experts

Your local ATD chapter, (ATD-GTC) is excited to bring together a panel of change management experts to review the Minnesota change management scene.  Join Beth Kathan, Scott Yager, Stacey Ferguson, and Stephanie Christensen in an exploration of best practices, tools and trends, with practical applications, and stories from local and national businesses' change management challenges.  These panel members are among the leading change management practitioners in town. They have worked for every size company from small start ups to Fortune 500's, created new methodologies, and helped dozens of projects not only meet their delivery goals, but become an adopted and sustained part of the business.

We look forward to exploring this topic with our experts and allowing you the opportunity to bring your pressing questions and ideas on change management to this session.

Beth Kathan has been helping leaders communicate for over 20 years. She focuses on combining employee communication and change management to drive business results.

Beth's expertise is in employee communication & consumer product marketing.  She has practiced in manufacturing, service and retail settings. Her programs have impacted the bottom line of each company she has counseled ... through proactive project implementation, change management coaching and industry-leading Employee Communication systems.
