About the Speaker: Joan Moser is President of Spoken Impact, a presentation coaching and training company. She founded Spoken Impact in 2000 after a 20-year career in marketing communications and training. In addition to working with over 500 clients since starting her company, Joan is the presentation coach for the MN Cup, an annual statewide competition for entrepreneurs, as well as for the Minnesota High Tech Association’s ACES Leadership program. She is a member of the National Speakers Association, a 25-year member of Toastmasters, and regularly speaks at industry and association events. She has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
