Edina 11:45-1:15pm In a highly interactive workshop, we’ll deepen your understanding about how to help clients discover wisdom in the body with simple somatic practices designed to deepen awareness and enable behavior shifts. We’ll learn and apply several specific practices that you can immediately use in coaching or training. Our Presenter: Jean Johnson is an experienced credentialed coach who works with mid career professionals who want to be happier and make a bigger ripple in their work. Jean’s somatic training and certification comes from 3 primary sources: the highly regarded Strozzi Institute (Richard Strozzi), Leadership Embodiment International (Wendy Palmer) and Presence Based Coaching (Doug Silsbee). She’s been part of an ongoing somatics practice group in Chicago for the past 4 years and recently offered a session similar to this one at the ICF DC Metro annual conference.
